LAGUARDIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (LGA) DELTA AIRLINES TERMINAL C & D EXPANSION

PACOTECH™ provided CPM Scheduling and Related Technical Services on the Delta Airlines Terminal C & D Expansion project at LaGuardia International Airport.

PACO provided CPM scheduling services that included developing the baseline schedule, and then working with five separate contractors to verify that their schedules were in line with the baseline schedule. Once all contractor schedules were received, PACO schedulers developed the consolidated master schedule, maintained the master schedule, and reviewed the weekly contractor updates, providing input to the project manager regarding any schedule issues.

The Delta Air Lines expansion project involved the modification of LaGuardia Airport’s Terminals C and D, which included a pre-security, 630-foot enclosed walking bridge that connects the two terminals. The facelift for Terminal C, which was formerly occupied solely by US Airways, will include a full gutting, renovation and conversion of the US Airways lounge into a Delta Sky Club, the addition of 13 new chef-driven dining options, expansion of the central checkpoint from three to six lanes, and general redecorating of walls, colors and directional signage.
