Fulton Center

PACOTECH™, as a subconsultant to Arup, provided real estate support services for the $1.4 Billion Fulton Center project for MTA New York City Transit, a modern transit center and retail hub in the historic Financial District.

More than 300,000 people use Fulton Center to access ten (10) MTA subway lines, six subway stations, and the World Trade Center Transportation Hub daily.

Fulton Center stands at the center of an area that includes not only the nation’s third-largest central business district, but also major cultural, educational, and retail attractions. With 85 percent of trips to these and other sites in Lower Manhattan made by public transit, the station complex plays a key role in the area’s economic recovery and future development. It will also help drive pedestrian traffic to the historic South Street Seaport to the east. With significant retail space within the complex, the Fulton Center has become a destination in itself.

PACO’s services included cost estimating, title research, right-of-way, and real estate acquisition support.
