Professional Tenant Alteration Application (TAA) Review Services

PACOTECH™ has been providing professional TAA review services to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ) for over 13 years.

Our firm brings a wide variety experience on Port Authority tenant construction projects and programs, including on Newark International Airport Redevelopment, Delta Airlines Terminals C & D Expansion at LaGuardia Airport, LaGuardia Central Terminal B Redevelopment, and has been performing construction management services at John F Kennedy International Airport for the past 10 years.

Under our current TAA review services contract with PANYNJ, tasks performed by PACO Group for PANYNJ include, but are not limited to:
A. analyzing and reviewing drawings, specifications, reports, etc.;
B. coordinating the review comments from various technical disciplines;
C. preparing comprehensive memoranda to transmit comments to Authority facility managers; and
D. attending meetings with tenant’s consultants to discuss comments and resolve code issues.
