Founded in 1989, PACO Technologies (PACOTECH™) is a minority-owned, full service provider of program management oversight and construction management services to public and private sector clients on a broad variety of projects and markets.

For over twenty-five years, we have supported all sectors of the transportation and infrastructure industry including: rail, mass transit, bridges, tunnels, airports, highways, ports, buildings, and educational facilities. Serving as an owner’s representative we assist during the planning, design, bid/award, construction, operation and maintenance phases of a project or program.

As an established and certified M/DBE firm with a national and international presence, we are participating on many of the nation’s largest transportation and infrastructure projects and have established a preferential teaming partnership with some of the leading architectural, engineering and construction management consulting firms. PACOTECH™ is headquartered in New York City, with regional offices in Miami, FL and Bogota, Colombia S.A.

We maintain a dedicated staff of program/construction management professionals with significant project and industry experience. Our personnel are well versed in the current best practices in cost estimating, labor and equipment management, cost and schedule control, quality management, work process review and documentation, contract administration, construction inspection, change management, and dispute resolution.
